Guns N’ Roses blazed onto the scene in Los Angeles, California in 1985. Shortly after in 1987 they released their first album, Appetite For Destruction, and their careers took off. The album went on to sell 30 million copies worldwide and became the biggest selling debut album of all time in the United States. GNR have turned out many classic hits that have reached fans well beyond their hard rock fan base, such as Welcome To The Jungle, November Rain and the Billboard number one single Sweet Child o’ Mine. Their lead guitarist, Slash is just as easy to recognize and is just as iconic as their hits, with his famous top hat, voluminous hair and killer guitar solos.
